Yes, you can ask the driver to stop for lunch, breakfast, dinner or take photos along the way at no additional cost. Additional tour stops will cost you $20 per hour of waiting.
No. When you make your reservation, such as a shuttle service, you will receive a confirmed itinerary of the pick-up date and time of our shuttle bus service. We work on an itinerary basis. If you make a change to your schedule, it would be a good idea to call 506 8784 9760 at our office and notify us of the specific change in date and/or time.
Once you land at (Costa Rica airport), you will have to go through customs. Once this is done, the main departure gate (there is only one) is the next step to exit the airport. Upon arrival, look for a sign with your name and the name of our company (liberiacrairport). One of our representatives will be waiting for you in this area to help you with your luggage and take you to the vehicle.

If this is the case, we have a 24/7 emergency number where you can contact us. This way we know the exact time of your arrival or at (the Costa Rica airport) if your flight has been cancelled. We will appreciate it if you call us at (506 8784 9760) if for any reason you cannot catch the plane, since the driver will be waiting for you without knowing that you will not be there.
If you are staying in a hotel in Costa Rica, we recommend you wait in the lobby or reception to avoid delays.
